combo patch for website
I am going through the website looking for stale information. While here, I am
finding various other problems.
This combo patch does several things:
* cleans up some awkward wording on various pages
* changes 'CVS repository' to 'source repository'
* clarifies some information about the Ports Collection
* adds an anchor to a link in the sidebar that goes to the Donations page
* does some minor whitespace cleanup
