The built-in chipset is RTL8188CE, for which there is no open source driver as of last time I checked. I tried NDIS a while back, but it caused a kernel panic. I know someone using the closed source Linux driver with some issues. I installed 10.3-RELEASE and lagg failover is now working fine. So we know it's limited to 11.0.
