while installing Xorg package with the PKG install xorg command
the process of downloading related pkg , the download stopes when attempting to
download smproxy=1.0.6.txz from
pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:11:i386/quarterly/all/smproxy-1.0.6.txz it thorugh an
error Can't assign requested address and exit the process and never completes
