I found some misprints while reading the 11.1-Release notes (and 11-Stable).
Two entries related to the mandoc patchs are mention for makewhatis(1):
* Errata notice
* Contributed Software
Makewhatis is a maintenance command, man page (8), not a general one
(1) and the second is linked to a patch that regards mandoc(1),
