en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/committers-guide/article.xml: Fix formatting issue
This patch fixes a formatting issue in Section 19.1.2 of the en_US Committer's
Guide that causes the example shell instructions to be indented.
The translated versions of the Guide do not exhibit the issue.
