On the last page of the article

is a footer. Great.
If you read this small article as a single HTML page, the footer is missing
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/pr-guidelines/article.html
It looks like a corrupted page (but isn't). I think that the single HTML page
should have an standard footer as well.
