Section 29.3.3 of the Handbook says to run the following two commands in order
to enable file locking on NFS volumes:
# service lockd start
# service statd start
Apparently, the first of these two commands now starts both services, so only
that one command is required nowadays.
The Handbook should be updated accordingly.
