The ru.FreeBSD.org DNS zone needs to be updated to remove/repoint
ftp4.ru.freebsd.org.
If removed,
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors-ftp.html
should be updated via:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/Mk/bsd.sites.mk?view=log
as well.
