31.8.1 step 11: Doesn't seem to work after reboot. I followed the steps and set
a password for root. However, after rebooting the pxe boot machine, I was able
to log in as root without password.
step 12: Pxe machine seems to populate /etc with
${NFSROOTDIR}/conf/default/etc/. The documentation should use
${NFSROOTDIR}/conf/default/etc/ssh/sshd_config instead of
${NFSROOTDIR}/etc/ssh/sshd_config.
