Text within <errorname></errorname> look good on html, but is very similar to
normal text in the PDF-version of the Handbook.
When reading the PDF-version of the Handbook, I've experienced several times
that text within <errorname></errorname> is almost indistinguishable from
normal text. This makes it awkward to read sometimes.
