Consistent description of directory listing
In https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/fs-acl.html, when
describing the directory listing, it is noted that public_html is not using
ACL. This is also the case for the folder private, but is not emphasized. May
confuse. Diff attached.
