Hi,
The handbook still mentions a tutorial about BSD make in
/usr/share/doc/psd/12.make.
As mentionned in https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=219471,
pmake is no longer used.
It's located in "I. Basics/2. Programming Tools/2.5. Make".
