Image of "Using bsdinstall" page in Calibre Viewer showing all images are
missing
Almost all -- if not all -- of the images are missing from the ePub version of
the Handbook. I've attached an image of a page showing that none of its images
are included. Although that was an image of the book in the Calibre E-Book
View, I've also confirmed the problem with other viewers.
The problem seems specific to the ePub version of the Handbook since the images
do appear in the PDF version.
