Expected Behavior: The chapter/section links in single HTML page of handbook,
poerter's handbook should go to the respective anchor link in the same page.
Current Behavior: The section/chapter links in single HTML page navigate to
split HTML pages. This negates the advantage of using a single HTML page where
all information can be accessed/navigated within the same page.
