I gained a response there, after which I spent considerable time privately
seeking an explanation.
More than a month after I first noticed the disappearance of
<https://markmail.org/>: still no obvious explanation.
I reckon: sadly, it's time to write MarkMail out of the doc tree.
Attention to this limited scope report will allow reduction of broader bug
264754, for which my pull request was closed.
