Patch for correct arguments
TL;DR: The options documented in the porters handbook for USES=ada are
outdated. Right now it provides:
- 6 (for gcc6-aux)
- 12 (for gnat12)
- run (for RUN_DEPENDS)
The attached patch updates the English version for the changed USES arguments.
