There were some changes to the ctf tools necessitated by the clang 3.4 import, and your kernel might contain CTF data emitted by the ctf tools before they were rebuilt. That can cause the problems you're seeing. Rebuilding a second time will cause the updated tools to be used.
I did. It helped (but it's a bug, right ? or perhaps I need to do something for not to build kernel 2 times in a row ?)
