virtualbox-4.0.8 (Windows 7 guest): Netflix movie player plays movies in a jittery way and with sound artifacts (through Silverlight in IE9 browser)

It's like it stops and restarts on the scale of 5-15 frames. Sound stops sometimes and you can hear low frequency humming noise.
Similar problems with Adobe Connect webinar application (used by webinars and such).
