RELENG_9, world and ports built with clang.
When checking some certs with nss (this means firefox and chrome would
fail too) checkcert dumps core with:

Serial Number: 0 (0x0)

Sample scenario (base certificate creation, self-signing, site
certificate creation, signing, checking) is here:

And it fails for me each time.
devel/nspr `make test` fails with:
