The default packages for 10.3 are:
sqlite3-3.14.1_1
firefox-54.0,1
thunderbird-52.2.1
Either these do not work together or the sqlite3 is not built correctly. Starting either
firefox or thunderbird gives the message:
The application has been updated, but the SQLite library wasn't updated
properly and the application cannot run. Please try to launch the
application again. If that should still fail, please try reinstalling it,
or visit https://support.mozilla.org/.
and get a core dump
