the cycle starts once again, RC1 is up.
Easy patching.
- patch-bug1474265, patch-bug1479540 gone (merged upstream)
- patch-u2f-hid-rs62 updated from www/firefox-esr
- thunderbird-i18n: language pa-IN is not available anymore from upstream (was
already missing in 60.2.1)
