are talking about. Is this perhaps because i am still running
9.1-RELEASE?
Correct you'll need 9.2 or later I'm afraid.
You could boot to a ISO etc such as the ones which can be grabbed
from http://mfsbsd.vx.sk which are small and useful for things like this.
