Well, no, it's true. I wrote "I think that...". Yes, you're correct,
it's described on page 62 of "The Design and Implementation of the
4.4BSD Operating System,", but that has little bearing on what I
thought at the time (though, of course, it has significant bearing on
what I think now :-)
