"pstat -s" on SunOS4, and "swap -s" on SunOS5. From Solaris man page:

:    -s             Print summary information  about  total  swap
:                   space usage and availability:

:                      allocated   The total amount of swap space

:                                  backing store.

:                      reserved    The total amount of swap space
