hmm, I'd have used cvsup:

Ok, this was wrong, the kernel really shouldn't have anything to
do with this error, he's right when he says it's a library issue later...

It looks like you may have missed some CTM deltas? I'm not really sure
how CTM works at all, I would try cvsup, make world one more time and
see what happens.
Also get back to me on the ls and nm commands.
