Clock Drift Problem

Has any else seen this?

FreeBSD 3.4 Release.

Intel motherboard.

kernel.GENERIC

The clock on one machine is drifting by 5 mins a day and on the other by 30 mins a 
day.

I'm not running ntp.

Any ideas?
