Then, what are the benefits for both parties ?
For the FreeBSD project :
- many more supported platforms (Sparc, PowerPC, Arm ?)
- better Intel SMP ?
- new developpers ?
- increased credibility via the support network of BSDi ?
For BSD/OS :
- better exposure thanks to OpenSource ?
- Yahoo dollars ?
- access to a greater community of **volunteer** testers ?
