Toshiba 4260 screen problem

Greetings,

I've got myself a bright new shiny Toshiba 4260 laptop, with one small
problem.  I cannot seem to get the screen any bigger than a small window
(similiar to Fn + F on my Vaio).

Any ideas how I can get this full screen?
