rlist.h !!! help !!!

I have several programs that use rlist.h (for various reasons ) and I
cannot find it in FreeBSD 4.0 ! (mainly for swap info )

Has it been droped ? I know that the kernel/sys/rlist.h has been droped
but does affect the /usr/include/sys/rlist.h ?

If it has been dropped what do I use instead ???
