If I were to buy a copy of the Ancient BSD sources CD set (costs $99),
would anyone be interested in buying copies [CD-R versions] of the
archive for, say $20?

$99 is probably a bit steep for some people who are interested in just
looking through the source code, and if I this would help anyone out,
then I'll go ahead with it.
