int main(int argc, char* argv[])
{
        char *c = "whats:your:name:buddy?";
        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ that is not read only copy. you can not write 
into it. replace it with

        char *c = strdup("whats:your:name:buddy?");
        (void*)mystrsep(&c, ":");
}


and it should work.
