Hi, I used to install FreeBSD 6.2 with LSI1068E (Intel) onboard RAID, it's work fine. But, that was on Acer Altos R720 2U rack server with Xeon CPU not Blades! Steps 1. Go to RAID BIOS Console to create the Logical Drive and initialize it first . 2. Save new config & Reboot. 3. FreeBSD 6.2 bootCD will see that LD you've created. Varan Orapiriyakul
