Is there a third party software like "Ghost" in Freebsd? if so how to use it?
You should take a look at the commands dump and restore (for UFS)- or
zfs send/ receive for ZFS.

It is a little bit problematic with HW-Raid. You have to setup HW-Raid
on the destination machine and clone to this raidset.
