This might be more of a hardware question than anything, but I noticed the

If I wait for 2min, it seems to be back to normal
Sounds like normal behavior for a drive that runs part of its flash
as a fast cache in SLC mode, the rest as much slower TLC/QLC memory.
I guess the question is, how do I work with such a drive so it doesnt
get to the point where it causes errors. Is there a quirk that can be
set somehow ?
