routine that configure 127.0.0.1

Hi,

Can somebody tell me the name of the routine that configures 127.0.0.1 to
loif of Vnet‹i.e., V_loif? I checked Œvnet_loif_init¹ but it does not seem
to be doing thatŠ Thanks a lot.
