Hello,
i have the same problem here!
Even 50% upload bandwidth limitation will result in a massive drop of the
download rate.
My setup:
- ADSL 6000/576
- userland ppp
- FreeBSD 5-STABLE
- pf with ALTQ and priq queueing on the tun-device
