aprsd needs access to serial ports to talk to an
external tnc. You will be asked if you wish to add aprsd
to the dialer group for that purpose.
"aprsd" has an optional login "tnc",
(This is described in the aprsd docs.) if you
wish to allow remote logins. "aprsd" needs to run as
root for this to work, if you do not plan to run
"aprsd" ever as root, you can skip this step.
