It's bit more than just about startup speed. The issue at hand is, that
the indirect dependencies of libgpg-error gets embedded into all the
libraries/binaries, and we don't bump PORTREVISION on all these ports
when we update the libgpg-error port.

From reading your other replies, I get the impression you would be more
comfortable with bumping PORTREVISION on all the cups+ ports'.
