For me the following command does nothing for me even though I currently have neon26-0.26.4_1 installed: $ portupgrade -o www/neon28 neon
Adding -f doesn't help either. I think that this is an old and known regression[*]. Just wanted to remind about this issue and warn unsuspecting ports users. Just in case: my system is 6.3/amd64, portupgrade is not -devel.
