NB: to actually commit this would require a rather large PORTREVISION
bump of things which I did not spend the time to investigate.
If I had to guess, Tools/scripts/bump_version.pl also needs to look for
Makefile.common since thats where this was.
Also note, I only compiled this, I didn't *use* it.
