its argv[0], look at the contents of that file, and exec() the right

I prefer simplicity. And GNU sort should go as soon as BSD sort is good enough to replace it. If you check the wiki, we have set a goal for 10.X, which is the GPL-free base system. I think it is possible and I hope we can achieve it.
