bind-tools is a slave port of dns/bind99. What could be done is to have the dns/bind99 port have a RUN_DEPENDS on the dns/bind-tools port so that both could be installed at the same time. The other option is for you to identify which ports are depending on dns/bind-tools and add an option to select either dns/bind-tools or dns/bind99 ports. -- DISCLAIMER: No electrons were maimed while sending this message.
