Stop update icu!!
There are some problems.
I had to deinstall firebird25-client and three other packages and
reinstall it, to bring compile to work.
Icu update does not work on 93-i386.
After update of icu I had no text in thudnerbird. Neither in menues
nor in accounts etc.
For the last two issue I filed a PR on bugzllla.
