This popular port has been delayed and labeled broken due to some
complications which are now resolved.
There are 2 ports that need to be updated:
1. Patch for net-p2p/libtorrent-rasterbar is the copy of the patch that
its maintainer submitted, so it should be approved implicitly
2. net-p2p/qbittorrent itself
