FreeBSD Port: databases/py-sqlite3

This port is no longer broken on ARM architecture. A sample has been built and 
run successfully on my BeagleBone Black running FreeBSD 10 Beta1 with 
CPUTYPE=cortexa. No single error was given during this progress. Furthermore, 
it works fine with py-sqlalchemy.
