Port in mimedefand looking for version 2.12 but it is unavailable

Good morning,
        I am running 4.6 in my box.  I want to install mimedefang from the
ports however they are unable to fetch the file mimedefang-2.12.tar.gz.
So I try to download the file manually and put it in /usr/ports/distfiles.
But the version available at the bsd website is 2.15.
My question is how do I compile the downloaded file
mimedefang-2.15.tar.gz?
