what i mean is that other hosts can ping your IP but not your name...
My DNS server is in my LAN and i have acces to it

Do you mean that you can ping IPs from
the host, but not names, or do you mean
that other hosts can ping your IP but not
your name?
Is the DNS server on your LAN, or
outside? Who controls the DNS server?
