This is asked so often in this list that it should become part of the header or footer notes. You need to learn to check the FAQ and the handbook and do a little searching. Anyway, read the two FAQs starting at: www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/disks.html#MANUFACTURER-DISK-SIZ While you are at it, also check out: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/disks.html#DU-VS-DF because I am sure that will come up soon too. ////jerry > > Thanks all, > > Regards, > > Gray Lilley > A Curious User > > P.S - Please reply to me direct, as im not currently subscribed to this list! > > -- > No virus found in this outgoing message. > Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. > Version: 7.0.323 / Virus Database: 267.6.4 - Release Date: 06/06/2005 > > _______________________________________________ > freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list > http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions > To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" > > _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
