I put the netperf-2.4.0.tar.gz in the location that ports telling and
tried to install from ports and then i get this:
applying freebsd patches....blabla
File to patch:
Which file should i type?

He is suggesting that you install it from the ports tree, rather than
downloading the source and compiling it.
