Good luck finding something something because it sounds like the Outlook Calendar sharing stuff is fairly new (see <http:// www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm>), and unless you plan to use something with iCalendar support (which the last time I checked Outlook, wasn't supported but is the preferred format for Apple's Calendar program), you'll have to wait a while.
